Jolle's Unreal Tournament stuff

Description: V.I.P. is a mod for UT2003, currently adding one new gametype, V.I.P. DeathMatch. It's is very much like Team DeathMatch, only the difference is that in VIPDM both teams got an V.I.P. and a team does only get a score when the other team's V.I.P. gets killed. Other: Alpha version 1.00 of this became a Gametype finalist in Phase 1 of the Make Something Unreal Contest. Also, at the time being, there are no plans to continue developing this for UT2003. It might be continued for UT2004 though.
